How does pricing work?
You set your own budget when placing a request. We show suggested ranges per category to help you set a fair price. Creators see your budget and accept based on scope and compensation.
How are payments protected?
Your payment is released at checkpoints as you approve work on the board. Each milestone must be accepted before the next stage unlocks. If the SLA is missed and no admin override occurs, you get an automatic refund.
What happens on the board?
Every job gets a Miro-style collaboration board. You see real-time progress, upload files, leave comments, and approve checkpoints. Content is watermarked until you accept each stage.
What currencies are supported?
Pay in USD via card or bank transfer. Creators receive payouts in their preferred currency — we handle conversion.
What's the revision policy?
One revision per checkpoint in v1. Revisions reset the SLA clock by 50% of the original time for that stage.
